Master Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all digital products and services operated by Lank Chilled (Pty) Ltd ("Lank Chilled", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to LinkDoc.

By accessing or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable product-specific terms.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

Certain products may impose additional eligibility or verification requirements, which will be disclosed within those products.

3. Product-Specific Terms

Some products operated by Lank Chilled are subject to additional or separate terms, notices, or policies.

Where product-specific terms apply, they take precedence over these Terms in respect of that product.

4. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Payments and Billing

Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are disclosed within each product.

Users outside South Africa may be billed in South African Rand or a foreign currency.

Currency conversion rates, foreign exchange fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the user unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, legal non-compliance, breach of these Terms, or risk to the platform or its users.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lank Chilled is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
