1. Subscriptions (Digital Services)

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the relevant product dashboard.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period

2. Non-Subscription Services

For non-subscription services offered by Lank Chilled:

  • Work already performed remains payable
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
